Fakro LWS Komfort and LTK Thermo sectional loft ladders

The LWS Komfort and LTK Thermo loft ladders are folding sectional ladders made from top-quality pine. Standard equipment includes an insulated hatch, white on both sides, with a thickness of 3,6 cm for the LWS Komfort and 6,6 cm for the LTK Thermo, as well as a metal handrail. A perimeter seal in a groove in the rebated part of the frame seals the gap between the hatch and the frame. The three-section version also has convenient, practical feet. The treads on the LWS Komfort and LTK Thermo ladders extend beyond the ladder stiles and are set well away from the hatch, making it easy to place your feet comfortably. The red metal handrail is fitted to the ladder's angle brackets and makes climbing easier. Brown feet are fitted to the bottom section, giving the ladder an attractive finish and, more importantly, improving its stability. The treads have a non-slip profile.

The LWS Komfort comes in three-section and four-section versions, while the LTK Thermo is available only as a three-section ladder. A special installation system makes both models easy to fit and adjust to the room height. We supply the LWS Komfort and LTK Thermo loft ladders fully assembled, so no preliminary assembly is needed.

The insulated hatch lock is housed inside the hatch, leaving no metal components on its outer surface. This prevents water vapour from condensing on them, even when temperatures differ.
