Roof tile façades

The exterior wall surface of a building is called its façade. A building has front, side and rear façades and, where it adjoins a garden, a garden façade. As the façade is a highly visible part of the building, various renders and claddings are used to finish it. One type of cladding used in contemporary architecture is the flat roof tile. Roof tile façades can cover entire walls or just part of them. They look excellent on modern and historic buildings. Our range includes flat roof tiles with exceptionally attractive finishes that closely resemble concrete, marble, natural slate or stone, and terracotta. What is more, selected façade materials come with a guarantee of as much as 50 years!

What should you consider when choosing a façade material?

When choosing a particular façade finish, consider factors such as:

• how the house is built,
• the product's technical properties,
• the cost of buying and fitting the material,
• the durability of the cladding,
• the architectural style,
• the appearance of the immediate surroundings.

An advantage of flat roof tiles as façade cladding is that they can be fitted both to the walls of the house and to its roof. This creates an unusual, attractive decorative effect. What is more, the walls are well protected against rain and wind. Installing effective wall and façade insulation creates a durable structure that retains heat. A façade clad in ceramic material is also protected against both heat loss and dirt settling on the walls.
