Isover 7300 Alu pipe insulation
Isover 7300 Alu comprises preformed cylindrical sections made from mineral glass wool with a reinforced aluminium foil facing. The pipe sections provide very good insulation, allowing thinner sections to be chosen while retaining the same technical performance. The aluminium foil facing greatly improves the finished appearance and provides protection against condensation. A self-adhesive foil overlap runs along the full length of the slit, making installation easier and ensuring a tight seal.
Uses:- thermal and acoustic insulation for district heating networks, sewer pipes, central heating pipes and flue ducts
- protecting water systems against freezing
- condensation protection for cold water pipes
Fireplace boards
Isover fireplace boards are stone wool boards faced on one side with aluminium foil with enhanced temperature resistance. The construction of Isover fireplace boards allows them to be used in fireplaces with both natural and forced air circulation.
Uses:- insulation of fireplaces based on fireplace inserts
- insulation of the fireplace insert enclosure, rear wall and flue hood
- external insulation of air distributors and convection covers
Ventilam Alu insulation mats
Ventilam 6418 Alu insulation mats
Ventilam Alu and Ventilam 6418 Alu are glass mineral wool mats faced on one side with reinforced aluminium foil. Ventilam Alu has fibres arranged perpendicular to the foil facing and exceptional resilience, ensuring a constant mat thickness regardless of the shape being insulated. The mats are designed for the ventilation, heating and heat supply sectors.
Uses:- anti-condensation, thermal and acoustic insulation of cylindrical and flat surfaces
- insulation of flexible ducts (Ventilam 6418 Alu)
Ventiluks 6335 insulation board
Ventiluks 6335 glass mineral wool boards are faced on one side with reinforced glass tissue. The boards are designed for ventilation and air conditioning applications. They hold a Hygiene Certificate permitting their use as internal insulation of ventilation and air conditioning ducts and equipment in laboratories and in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Uses:- internal thermal and acoustic insulation of ducts, silencers and ventilation equipment (air handling units, equipment units, silencing chambers)
- insulation of containers
- acoustic insulation of rooms
- infill for acoustic screens and enclosures
Cleantec 6339 insulation board
Cleantec 6339 is a non-combustible glass mineral wool board faced on one side with black glass fabric. The glass fabric facing allows dirt deposited on the boards to be removed mechanically. The boards hold a Hygiene Certificate permitting their use as internal insulation of ventilation and air conditioning ducts and equipment in laboratories and in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Ultimate U TFA 23 mats
Ultimate U TFN 23 mats
Ultimate mats are flexible high-temperature mats made from the latest generation of glass mineral wool. Ultimate U TFA 23 is faced on one side with reinforced aluminium foil. The aluminium foil facing gives the installed insulation an attractive appearance and makes it easy to keep clean. The aluminium foil also forms a moisture barrier. Ultimate Isover products are non-combustible.
Uses:- thermal and acoustic insulation of flat and cylindrical surfaces, particularly equipment operating at high temperatures. (Ultimate U TFA 23)
- thermal and acoustic insulation of pipelines, tanks, tankers, electrostatic precipitators and other equipment, particularly cylindrical equipment. Especially recommended for high-temperature equipment with an operating temperature no higher than 400oC and equipment exposed to vibration (Ultimate U TFN 23)
ULTIMATE U TPN 34 board
Ultimate U TPN 34 is a flexible high-temperature board made from the latest generation of glass mineral wool (Ultimate). The product provides very good thermal insulation.
Uses:- thermal and acoustic insulation of flat and cylindrical surfaces, particularly equipment operating at high temperatures
DP 65, DP 80, DP 100, DP 100 ALU insulation mats
DP mats are non-combustible stone wool insulation mats reinforced on one side with steel wire mesh. DP 100 ALU mats also have an aluminium foil facing on the mesh side. The DP mat types differ in thermal conductivity and maximum service temperature. The mats are recommended for insulating equipment wherever resistance to high temperatures is required.
Uses:- thermal and acoustic insulation of cylindrical surfaces (tanks, pipelines, chimneys) and other industrial equipment (pressure reduction stations, power turbines, fans, cyclones, etc.)
- thermal and acoustic insulation of equipment operating at high temperatures (DP 100 ALU)
ISOVER PT 80 insulation boards
ISOVER TT 700 insulation boards
Isover PT 80 and Isover TT 700 are non-combustible stone wool boards. Isover TT 700 boards also have enhanced resistance to high temperatures. The special arrangement of the fibres increases mechanical resistance to compression and tearing.
Uses:- external thermal and acoustic insulation of high-temperature flat surfaces on industrial equipment such as boilers, flue ducts, turbines and fans
- infill for sheet metal and cassette structures
