Swisspor Hydro EPS 035 Fundament Dach is an EPS insulation product made from a specially water-repellent raw material. Its defining property is minimal water absorption. It also offers exceptionally high resistance to compressive stress. The boards are made from expanded polystyrene. The standard size is 1000 x 500 mm, but the company can also manufacture other sizes on request.

Uses:
  • areas in direct contact with water or requiring high mechanical resistance (foundation insulation, inverted roofs and green roofs)
  • a protective layer against frost penetration in building construction
Technical specifications:
  • λ – thermal conductivity at 10°C: ≤ 0,035 W/mK
  • compressive stress at 10% relative deformation: ≥ 150 kPa
  • flexural strength: ≥ 250 kPa
  • reaction to fire class: E
  • water absorption after prolonged immersion: ≤ 3%
