Foundation and floor slab insulation
Thermano floor insulation
Modern Thermano insulation for standard and heated floors is made from rigid PIR boards containing no harmful CFCs. The board is faced on both sides with an aluminium foil and KRAFT paper laminate. Its structure contains closed cells filled with a gas with low thermal conductivity, giving it exceptionally high strength and enhanced thermal insulation.
The insulation is recommended for ground-bearing floors, terraces, balconies and similar applications in both new and renovated buildings. It is suitable for residential, industrial and agricultural buildings.
The main benefits of Thermano floor insulation include robustness and durability, resistance to cracking, energy savings, elimination of thermal bridges and the so-called dew effect and water vapour condensation, stable insulation performance and exceptionally easy installation.
Thermano insulation products have a reputation as the best on the market. Their performance is much higher than that of wool and polystyrene insulation.
The standard board length is 2400 mm and the width is 1200 mm.
Custom orders are available (for example, thinner insulation with higher insulation performance). This product is completely safe for the environment.

How we check reviews: we publish reviews confirmed by their authors via a link sent to their email address, no later than 24 hours after confirmation (during this time we may check them). Reviews containing links or contact details, and all photos, are checked before publication. The ‘Verified purchase’ label appears only on reviews whose author sent us proof of purchase of this product and where we confirmed the purchase at Ambit or at another wholesaler. Other reviews are not checked for a purchase. The average includes all published reviews, verified and unverified. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews because they are negative. We prepare translations of reviews ourselves and mark them; the original is always available. Details: Review terms.
