At AMBIT, we can help you choose a primer for your substrate and planned waterproofing system. Icopal Siplast Primer Szybki Grunt SBS is a bitumen primer for preparing concrete, bituminous substrates and metal before installing torch-on bituminous membranes or applying bituminous compounds. It penetrates the substrate and helps subsequent layers adhere. It can be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation.

The product is also suitable for preparing steel and galvanised metal flashings before torch-on membranes are installed. Stir before use, then apply to a clean substrate using a method specified by BMI. Do not apply to wet or tar-containing surfaces, or during rain or snow. Ask us about the right pack size and availability; consult the product documentation for application conditions and drying time.
