The Avant chimney system carries flue gases from condensing and low-temperature heating appliances fired by gas or oil. It can be used with gas boilers with either sealed or open combustion chambers. The system was approved by the Instytut Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa in Kraków. It is suitable for condensing and low-temperature boilers and for gas- and oil-fired boilers. Flue gas temperatures can reach 200°C. Avant can operate under positive or negative pressure and work with boilers with sealed combustion chambers. Its operating mode is versatile: conventional or combined air/flue gas. The inner ceramic pipe is thin-walled and profiled (66 cm). The complete system is lightweight and compact, and its heat-exchanger principle saves energy in everyday use. The Avant chimney system has a fire resistance of 60 minutes.
