Würth
Würth – copper-plated A2 roofing screw for copper sheet
AMBIT offers copper-plated Würth roofing screws: ASSY screws made from A2 stainless steel with a copper washer and vulcanised EPDM seal. Würth's catalogue describes them as flashing screws combining high corrosion resistance with a colour suited to copper sheet.
The clamping washer with EPDM seal provides a watertight joint. The AW20 recess holds the screw securely on the bit without a magnet, which matters with non-magnetic stainless steel. The manufacturer offers diameters of 4,5 and 5 mm, washers of 15, 20 and 25 mm and lengths from 20 to 100 mm.
These screws suit roofers and sheet metal workers installing copper roof coverings and flashing where both appearance and joint durability matter. Ask us about available lengths and washer diameters; we will help you choose a screw for the flashing thickness and substrate.

How we check reviews: we publish reviews confirmed by their authors via a link sent to their email address, no later than 24 hours after confirmation (during this time we may check them). Reviews containing links or contact details, and all photos, are checked before publication. The ‘Verified purchase’ label appears only on reviews whose author sent us proof of purchase of this product and where we confirmed the purchase at Ambit or at another wholesaler. Other reviews are not checked for a purchase. The average includes all published reviews, verified and unverified. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews because they are negative. We prepare translations of reviews ourselves and mark them; the original is always available. Details: Review terms.
