Würth ASSY A2 colour-coated roofing screw with EPDM washer
AMBIT offers colour-coated Würth roofing screws: ASSY screws made from A2 stainless steel with a washer and vulcanised EPDM seal. The manufacturer specifies them for fixing painted sheet metal components, making them well suited to flashing and details on coated metal roofs.
The head and washer have a two-component paint coating that Würth describes as resistant to abrasion and weathering. The colours match popular roof sheet colours: white, graphite, black and shades of brown, red and copper. The screws have a diameter of 4,5 mm, a 15 mm washer and an AW20 drive. The manufacturer offers lengths of 25, 35 and 45 mm.
They are an option for roofers and sheet metal workers seeking a watertight fixing in a matching colour. Würth notes that the colour may differ slightly from the RAL reference. Ask us about available lengths and colours; we will help you choose a screw for your sheet metal and flashing.

How we check reviews: we publish reviews confirmed by their authors via a link sent to their email address, no later than 24 hours after confirmation (during this time we may check them). Reviews containing links or contact details, and all photos, are checked before publication. The ‘Verified purchase’ label appears only on reviews whose author sent us proof of purchase of this product and where we confirmed the purchase at Ambit or at another wholesaler. Other reviews are not checked for a purchase. The average includes all published reviews, verified and unverified. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews because they are negative. We prepare translations of reviews ourselves and mark them; the original is always available. Details: Review terms.
