URSA TRS insulation strip

URSA TRS insulation strips are vapour-permeable strips of higher-density mineral glass wool, supplied in rolls. They are non-combustible and provide effective sound reduction. When used as a separation layer between timber elements treated with wood preservatives, they do not react chemically with those treatments.

Uses:
  • sound-reducing and sealing material between elements of interior drylined partitions
  • sound-reducing and sealing material at the edges of layers in floating floor constructions
  • material that reduces the effects of thermal bridges
