This Thermano Balex Metal insulation range is designed for three-layer foundation walls in new and renovated buildings. Like all Thermano insulation ranges, it is made from rigid PIR boards containing no harmful CFCs.

The board is faced on both sides with an aluminium foil and KRAFT paper laminate. Its closed cells are filled with a gas with low thermal conductivity, giving it above-average strength and enhanced thermal insulation. High energy savings, elimination of thermal bridges and the so-called dew effect and water vapour condensation, highly stable insulation performance throughout its service life, exceptionally easy installation, water absorption of ≤2%, and high performance compared with polystyrene and wool insulation – these are the main benefits of Thermano insulation that give it a reputation as the best insulation on the market. Thermano is also an environmentally safe product.

The standard board length is 2400 mm and the width is 1200 mm. Custom orders are available.
