Würth WÜTOP®
WÜTOP® Flex – aluminium flashing tape for roof connections
AMBIT offers Würth WÜTOP® Flex sealing tape, a profiled aluminium tape with adhesive on one side for durable, secure sealing of standard roof connections, for example around chimneys and walls. The manufacturer presents it as an alternative to sheet metal and lead flashing.
The embossed surface makes the tape easy to form over the roof covering and bend in any direction, while the nearly flat surface helps water drain away. The permanently flexible, temperature-resistant butyl adhesive adheres strongly to almost all substrates. The tape resists UV radiation and weathering and is lead-free, while its paint coating helps match the roof tile colour.
Rolls are 280 mm wide and 5 m long. Press the tape onto the tiles and work it into the troughs of the profile, preferably with a rubber roller. Ask us about available colours: black, red, oxide red, copper and grey.

How we check reviews: we publish reviews confirmed by their authors via a link sent to their email address, no later than 24 hours after confirmation (during this time we may check them). Reviews containing links or contact details, and all photos, are checked before publication. The ‘Verified purchase’ label appears only on reviews whose author sent us proof of purchase of this product and where we confirmed the purchase at Ambit or at another wholesaler. Other reviews are not checked for a purchase. The average includes all published reviews, verified and unverified. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews because they are negative. We prepare translations of reviews ourselves and mark them; the original is always available. Details: Review terms.
