Metal roof tiles cut to size
Metal roof tiles cut to size make installation as easy as possible. The module length can be adapted to your needs. Their proven design provides 100% protection of the roof decking against water and guarantees watertightness across the entire surface. Capillary grooves and drainage channels play a crucial role in keeping water out. Our catalogue includes several types of metal roof tile cut to size that resist rain, mechanical damage and corrosion.

Our products stand out from other models on the market with the best weight-to-coverage ratio. This means they are exceptionally light and have a large effective cover width relative to their overall width. Customers and roofers also appreciate the speed of installation. Metal roof tiles with a longer module length are even easier and cheaper to install because they need fewer roof battens than other types.
How are metal roof tiles installed?
Installing metal roof tiles, particularly those cut to size, is entirely straightforward. The sheets are laid on timber battens spaced 4,1 cm apart. Steel angles can also be used. The joints between sheets run perpendicular to the eaves, with an overlap of 1 or 2 waves. Galvanised nails and rivets with a 3 mm cross-section are used to fix the metal roof tiles. Fixings are spaced 15 to 20 cm apart. Once roof ventilation is installed, the result is a beautiful, durable roof.
