Tenement roof renovation – Gdańsk Główne Miasto
Roof renovation in Gdańsk’s historic buildings using Röben Milano roof tiles in natural red. The work also included bespoke flashings in titanium-zinc sheet with a Grey patina finish, tailored to the tenement’s character.
The project required great precision, combining modern workmanship with respect for historic architecture. Main contractor: Jataj – Marian Kłopotek. Subcontractor: Adam Ustowski. Specialist flashings: Ma-Bi – Maciej Bielawski.
