Ruukki and Velux training
Roofers are invited to a practical training course on installing roofing and roof windows. Participants will learn techniques for fitting key roof components and practise them on a training roof structure.
The training is free and will take place at three of our branches:
7 June in Kartuzy at 9:30
11 June in Kościerzyna at 8:00
Training programme:
- Installing Ruukki Classic/ Plannja Emka Click snap-lock panels on:
- a substructure of timber battens
- a fully boarded substructure with separation membranes
- Eaves detailing that provides proper ventilation of the roof build-up
- Installing the SIBA guttering system with Ruukki Classic/ Plannja Emka Click snap-lock seam roofing
- Fitting the EDQ flashing around a Velux roof window on snap-lock panels
- Installing Ruukki Classic/ Plannja Emka Click system flashings and roof accessories
