“The best salesman I've come across so far. 10 stars from me.”
Comprehensive and expert. Tomasz - I warmly recommend him. A detailed and very precise quote, contact right away. Materials delivered on time at the best price (I compared 4 wholesalers). When we ran short of a gutter and a pack of screws, Tomasz delivered them the very next day. The best salesman I've come across so far. On top of that, great contact with him and the whole company.
10 stars from me.
Thanks and greetings to the whole team.
And the roof tiles are gorgeous. 😃

Kompleksowo i fachowo.
Odemnie 10 gwiazdek.
Dzięki i pozdrawiam cały zespół.
A dachowka przepiękna. 😃

One visit was enough and we left with a ready cost estimate.
Sandra, thank you for the fantastic service, for patiently explaining all our doubts and helping us choose the material.
You advised us to go for larger roof windows, which beautifully brighten up the attic.
And the contractor, Stasiu, is a MASTER!!! We have the most beautiful roof in Olpuch :)

“He answered all the questions that came up, always friendly and professional.”
I warmly recommend the Ambit wholesaler!
Our account manager was Karol, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. Karol helped us choose the materials and answered all the questions that came up, always friendly and professional.
The contract with the wholesaler was easy to understand, everything was clear, prices competitive. There were no problems making small changes to the order while it was being processed (including the quantity and model of roof window).

“He genuinely took my problem to heart.”
I needed three sheets of Prószyński metal roof tiles in a somewhat "old" profile. The man who served me at this wholesaler genuinely took my problem to heart. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock in the warehouse at the time, but he gave me a contact in Kościerzyna, and there a nice lady found what I needed. Thank you very much. I recommend them for the staff's professional approach to customers. Best regards.

Polecam profesjonalne podejście obsługi do klienta. Pozdrawiam.

“A masterpiece, expert advice, a spot-on choice of materials.”
A masterpiece :-), expert advice, a spot-on choice of materials, flexibility across the stages of the job. Top-level workmanship, the sheet metal bent around the edges of the building and no horizontal joints on the facade. Thanks to Andrzej and the roofer Mateusz, a superb job.

If anyone is wondering which company to choose to do their roof, they don't have to anymore. Working with Karol, from the moment we stepped through the door to the last formalities, was perfectly reliable and expert. Karol's knowledge is enormous and very helpful in choosing the right material, from roof tiles or metal sheeting down to the finishing screws. The combination of all these qualities, plus his courtesy, professionalism and nothing but positive reviews ;) puts him in first place for the title of employee of the year. Every phone call asking about a price, for help with working out the right quantity, or even the type of roof hatch, was first of all answered (which these days is really valued!), and everything was explained and agreed on the spot. Employees like that are truly hard to find. My husband and I are both happy with the cooperation. We will recommend them, and if we need anything ourselves, we will definitely come back.
Of course it's worth mentioning the subcontractor, Roman, who also met our expectations. His whole crew installed the roof covering on schedule, efficiently and, above all, beautifully. Warm regards!

No takich pracowników naprawdę ze świeczką szukać.
Cała jego ekipa w terminie, sprawnie, no i przede wszystkim pięknie wykonała pokrycie. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

I warmly recommend this company. Very good value for money. Friendly service. Very good communication. On top of that, a great installation crew, which I warmly recommend. Marek is a craftsman through and through - first he fixed the work of another roofer "with experience", and then he did his own work efficiently, quickly and very precisely. All with complete courtesy, working cleanly and taking care of the materials entrusted to him. I recommend them with a clear conscience and can't imagine using another company or another contractor in the future.

I would like to express my great satisfaction with Ambit's services, and especially to thank Karol for his exceptional professionalism. From the very start of our cooperation it was clear that Karol has enormous knowledge and experience in the industry, which made the whole process of buying roof tiles much easier.
The advice on choosing materials was top-level – Karol explained the differences between the various options in detail, helping me make the best decision. The quote was also transparent and fair, with no hidden costs.
I particularly appreciate that the goods were available off the shelf, which let the work start quickly. Delivery was efficient, and the option to return items without any complications further confirmed the high standard of customer service. What's more, Karol could be reached even after working hours, which is a rarity these days.
Ambit is a role model, and Karol is an example of what real customer service should look like. The competition should follow their lead, because standards like these are the future of the industry. I warmly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner.

Konkurencja powinna brać z nich przykład, bo takie standardy to przyszłość branży. Serdecznie polecam każdemu, kto szuka rzetelnego i profesjonalnego partnera do współpracy.

A sizeable display of roof tiles and metal roof tiles. The staff are friendly and helpful, but on both of my visits the person responsible for the products I was interested in wasn't there. Because of that I couldn't get answers face to face to my more detailed and pressing questions. Email quotes are quick and efficient. Although I did manage to find lower prices.

Spora wystawa dachówek i blachodachówek. Oferty mailowe szybko i sprawnie. Choć ceny udało się znaleźć niższe.

I've shopped at this company more than once and I've always dealt with the sales rep, Krzysztof. Having a salesman like him is valuable for any sales team. He works effectively while winning customers' affection. He can stay patient and keep a cool head in stressful situations. It's been a while since our roof was finished, and I think my opinion matters. I needed to buy a few more things and planned my route on Google Maps. Out of curiosity I only now read the reviews - I hadn't actually done so before, because the company was recommended to me by a friend who had his roof done with them 2 years ago and was happy with their services. I can't agree with all the reviews posted here. Sometimes when you read things like that, you start to get strange suspicions.
I'm a business owner myself and I know how troublesome reviews from hotheads can be, people who manage to escalate every little thing into a problem of global proportions. But let's be serious. Where do such things come from?
Each of us builds a house, each of us runs into loads of problems along the way, and each of us is only human. We all know how stressful it is. As I mentioned, my roof is already done. My roof was calculated correctly, nothing was missing, and I returned the surplus material without any problem. I asked about everything I expected before signing the contract. There were no ambiguities or misunderstandings. Maybe that's thanks to me asking about everything, or maybe thanks to the professional staff who took care of everything. I can say with complete certainty that they rose to the occasion and I AM SATISFIED. Delivery was as agreed, even though I was building the roof in summer, i.e. in the middle of the season. I'm not living there permanently yet, but I'm already doing work inside and everything is fine. I'll also add that of all the crews that built my house, Ambit delivered the best. Yes, there were delays. There were various reasons for the delays, sometimes my fault, sometimes, I think, the roofer's. Even so, they came out best of all the crews. Right now there are huge delays across the whole construction industry. That's the times we live in. Compared to the others they did really well, and maybe that's where my rating comes from.
I've written quite a lot, but I wanted to point out that it's worth taking a little time to think things over. I believe it's sometimes worth writing a positive review.

Wszyscy wiem jakie to stresujące.

On 19.08.2019, because the tradesmen didn't have time, I had to drive to Ambit myself for a few downpipes "5 minutes" before closing (which I try not to do, but the gutters had to be connected). Despite the odds, in the form of a slow sales system, the man I found almost as the last one standing "on the battlefield" brought my purchase to a happy ending with stoic calm. This man's dedication to his work, plus two others who were less happy about it (we went past the company's opening hours), meant that a 1-day delay was avoided. Thank you.

The office staff are professional. Although sometimes they have trouble locating the goods. That's down to the mess in the warehouses, where the goods live a life of their own. In the end, after going round 2 warehouses, the goods turned up.

A company I've known well for years. I bought my roof tiles here for my house, garage and woodshed, and today metal roof tiles for carports. A big choice that will satisfy everyone, just these crazy prices, which they have no control over. A solid, professional crew. It's worth doing business with them!

Very fast unloading, the forklift operator is fine. After entering the company's yard, turn right straight away, stop by the roof tile display, open the left side - unloading from one side of the trailer

-
Fast unloading, friendly staff, I recommend them. The yard is a bit tight for an articulated truck; in front of the gate there's a roadside shoulder where you can park

-
The best way to get to the company is from Nowatorów Street into Metalowców Street, because the unloading entrance through the gate is reverse-only, so you can back in nicely using your left mirror. Apart from that, unloading from one side, fast and efficient

-
You turn off the DK20 road into the company, but you don't drive into the yard with a truck and trailer - you go 100 m further to the T-junction, turn around there and pull up sideways to the gate for unloading. Unloading takes place from the road, the warehouse guy is very fast and efficient

-
Unloading without problems. A little short on space for a big truck. The forklift guy knows his stuff

Rozladunek bezproblemowy. Troszeczkę malo miejsca dla dużego auta. Wózkowy ogarnięty

From a delivery driver's point of view - great :) Fast unloading from both sides, the staff are nice, polite and cheerful :) After unloading you can, if needed, pull up by the kerb at the station next door and take your break.

Z punktu widzenia kierowcy-dostawcy - super:) Szybki rozładunek dwoma bokami, pracownicy mili, uprzejmi i weseli:) Po rozładunku można ewentualnie przycupnąć przy krawężniku na stacji obok i wykręcić pauzę.
